The Chinese company DJI is apparently preparing for the coming holidays, as it has just presented another model of the dron. The product named Phantom 4 Pro is already the third unmanned this manufacturer, shown in the past few days.
This is the successor to the Phantom 4, which premiered in March this year. Unlike Inspire 2, which the Chinese manufacturer unveiled a few days ago, Phantom 4 Pro is not a model created for filmmakers but a general-purpose device.
Compared to the previous version, it has a better camera and a larger battery, has an obstacle avoidance system, and has more intelligent flight modes.
Phantom 4 Pro features a new 1 “CMOS sensor that captures images at 20 megapixels. The sensor also has a much better balance between white and black, giving better images with ever-changing lighting levels. Drona also features a mechanical shutter, and the lens can be adjusted, so the user can manually set the depth. The camera can shoot 14 frames per second and record video, including slow motion movies in 60 frames.
The big advantage of the product is the obstacle avoidance system, which functions thanks to the sensors placed on the four arms of the dron. This way, it can bypass obstacles from every direction. In this mode can also fly at a speed of 35 km / h to 50 km / h, and with the larger battery the flight length is from 25 to 30 minutes.
