| Ali's Apartment Ayia Napa is a new, tastefully furnished, well equipped and fully air conditioned / heated one bedroom ground floor apartment offering luxurious accommodation for up to 4 people, with a large communal swimming pool and pool bar.
The apartment is situated in the resort of Ayia Napa on Cyprus's Eastern Coast in a much sought after, privately owned, apartment complex in a quiet park area. It is surrounded by spacious well kept mature communal gardens and has a view of the magnificent communal pool. The distance from Larnaca Aiprort is 60km of which 56kms are travelled on motorway / dual carriageway, therefore, time taken is approx 35 minutes.
The closest beach is approx 10 minutes walk from the apartment, with the beautiful Nissi Beach, reckoned to be one of the best in the Mediterranean, less than 5 minutes bus or taxi ride away. At Nissi Beach you can enjoy a good selection of water sports. Water World is also in close proximity to Nissi Beach. With 18 different rides and slides, go-carts and a choice of restaurants, Water World offers a full days entertainment for all the family.
A vast array of restaurants, bars and clubs, which cater to everyone's taste are within easy walking distance from the apartment, in fact, the pedestrian 'strip' area which leads into Ayia Napa Square, famous for the electric atmosphere around the bars and clubs, is approx 100 metres from the complex.
The apartment is ideally situated for a lively holiday, however, for those who want to do no more than relax the days away around the communal pool or on a sun drenched beach, then this is the place for you.
The apartment is ideal for all ages and is far enough away from the bars / clubs for you to have a peaceful night's sleep.
The apartment covers an area of 47 sq metres (approx 500 sq feet) with a patio area leading into mature well kept communal gardens. INTERIOR
The interior comprises an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area, a bathroom and one bedroom, all of which have been furnished and equipped to a high standard.
The lounge and the dining area have adequate seating for 4 people. For your entertainment a television and a Playstation 2 (together with a selection of games) are provided. DVD's can also be played on the Playstation 2.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, teapot, toaster, water cooler etc. A washing machine is also installed. Adequate cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are provided.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a built in wardrobe. There are, however, two sofa beds located within the lounge area which will comfortably sleep an additional two people.
The bathroom is fitted with shower, wash basin, and UK style toilet.
For your comfort all living / sleeping areas have air conditioning (cooling and heating) and double glazed windows.
Tiled floors and neutral walls throughout the apartment provide an attractive and cool environment.
Towels and bed linen are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels.
A mid let clean and change of bed linen, if required, can be arranged with our agents during your stay. Details and costs (payable in local currency to our agents) for this service can be found in the apartment.
Although the island is virtually crime free for your added security the apartment is equipped with a digital safety deposit box. EXTERIOR
The patio area is accessed through patio doors in the lounge and bedroom where you will find table, chairs, etc.
Sit back and enjoy the views through the mature gardens down to the large communal pool or take a swim in the pool which is approx 30 metres from the apartment. The pool is suitable for swimmers and non swimmers alike. An off road allocated parking space is available should you decide to hire a car or scooter.
