Our villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Pêra , on a small development of 6 villas with views across open farmland to the sea. Due to its elevated position the outside area is very secluded with a mature garden surrounding the property. There are several external dining areas, one of which is built-in, together with sun-bathing terrace, pool and a delightful bamboo covered barbecue area which is engulfed with bougainvillea throughout the summer. Beaches are less than a ten minutes drive away and there are many restaurants and a golf course within a similar distance. Other attractions including Zoomarine and The Big One waterslide park are nearby, or you can visit the busy resorts of Armãçao de Pêra and Albufeira which are also ten minute journeys by car. Accommodation comprises of wo air-conditioned double bedrooms both with patio doors to pool area, two twin bedrooms (both en-suite), full bathroom, fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, microwave, built-in electric oven and gas hob. There is also a large lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV, DVD, video and mini hi-fi system. Patio doors lead to the pool area which has an outside shower and is fully furnished with sun-loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. A safe and metered telephone are also available.
