| The house is located in the countryside 10 miles north of Albufeira. It is out of the main tourist area, and is quiet as a result, but it is easy to get to resorts, beaches and places of interest, as well as the hinterland.
Journey time from Faro Airport is about 40 mins.
The house is typical Algarvean in appearance, but has recently been completely refurbished with modern conveniences and all equipment.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower/toilet. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds. There is a main bathroom. There is a pleasant lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Linen and towels will be provided. There is a shady terrace across the front, and at the back is a private swimming pool, 10.5 metres by 4.8 metres. Its depth is more or less constant at about 1.3 metres.
In the summer, the water temperature is very comfortable. A terrace around the pool has loungers, sun umbrellas, a gazebo and a barbecue. There are pleasant views from the garden, which is set amongst olive, lemon and orange groves.
The house in its location offers a delightful, and truly Portuguese experience. |
