Casa Olivio is located in a residential close, with views of the mountains on the edge of an unspoilt old town. It is a 5 minute walk to the local shops, bars, pool and restaurants. The nearest beach is a 20 minute drive through the breathtaking views of the orange blossom growing in the countryside. The house is fully furnished to a high standard and to make your stay as comfortable as possible there is a tv, dvd,CD/MP3 player, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge dinner, terrace and Barbecue area. Sant Mateu is a typical Spanish town in Costa Del Azahar or Orange Blossom Coast the historical capital of the Maestrat region. Surrounded by mountain views. In the Plaza Mayor you will find restaurants and bars along with an excellent Tourist Information Office that is open 6 days a week. Sant Mateu has its own Historical and Natural heritage. The Cathedral, Convents and Museums alone show the history of the town. A 15 minute drive away is the Panoramica Championship Golf Complex.

Sant Mateu will meet any need as so much is on offer: from a historical walk around the old town to hiking in the hills or mountains . Beaches are within a short drive or if you just want to sit back and take in the local cuisine while sitting in the Plaza Mayor you will not be disappointed. The same journey that will take you to the Panoramica Golf Course branches off towards the beach in Vinoros and then onto to the shopping centre. Heading south along the N232 you will come to Benicarlo and the statuesque Peniscola. Head in the opposite direction and the Port Adventura Theme Park is an hours drive away for a fun filled day. It is advisable to have a car to make the most of your time while staying at Caso Olivio but Sant Mateu also offers a bus service that can take you to Castellon and Morella. Fiestas take place in Sant Mateu regularly so if you plan your holiday well I'm sure the experience of taking part in one will leave a lasting impression.  If  you like to to do sporty activities while on holiday there is the  pool in the summer months with a Table Tennis table. In the same vicinity as the pool is the Tennis Club and of course not to forget the Panoramica golf course 20 minute drive away but if walking is for you there a many trails along side these activities ther are the many water sports at the various beaches.
