Holiday rentals Nerja - Alamar I no.13A ISALA13A

Alamar I is principally a 'terrace' of 2 bedroom townhouses situated on a hillside bordering a small local road running one way downhill to Nerja's famous Burriana Beach. The beach is approximately 75 metres distant.

The houses all 'face' the sea so the main entrance doors are approached from the 'back' of the houses, through a pretty garden walkway which is reached by climbing 2 or 3 steps up from the roadway then entering through a gate. There is free parking in the roadway outside or just a little further down the hill where the beach parking area commences.

As the houses are built into the hillside, you enter on the 1st (top) floor where there is a landing with a bedroom at each end and a bathroom. The 'downstairs' (ground) floor is approached by a staircase and here there is a kitchen and the main salon which leads through 'French windows' on to a spacious south/south east facing terrace which has similar views over the sea as can be seen below.

The centre of Nerja is a very pleasant and almost level 8 - 10 minute walk along a quiet residential thoroughfare and away from any traffic. the Burriana Beach, recently voted The Best Beach on the Eastern Costa del Sol, is literally 3 minutes walk away

No.13a is a bright 2 bedroom 'self-standing' apartment (NOT in a block). Alamar I is a small complex of townhouses and there is a part right by the pool which has been completed, instead of as a house, as two apartments - one above the other. The one we are offering is the upper one.

It has an extremely bright and airy salon with views over the beach and sea. It has spectacular views from the south facing terrace and the salon is extremely bright and sunny. The two bedrooms are towards the back of the apartment and one bedroom whilst having adequate ventilation, has just high level windows benefiting from the light in the salon. The other bedroom has a usual window in a small outside wall.
