Situated in an elevated position in the region of Camembert, it is a haven of peace and tranquility and commands splendid views over a picturesque valley.
It is an ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of stressful living, despite being only 4km from the town of Vimoutiers. Sleeps 6 adults and 3 children comfortably.
Accommodation comprises of: Lower ground floor ~ 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and WC. Extra single bed available for this room. French doors to patio area. Store room ~ washing machine. Ground floor ~ fully equipped fitted kitchen, spacious living/dining room with large open stone fireplace. Leather sofas and huge bean bags for sheer luxuriant comfort. Colour satellite TV with English channels. DVD player with a selection of films. Door to patio and grounds. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin, 1 bunk-bed bedroom, separate shower room, WC.
In the garden there is patio furniture in which you can sit and relax, watching the abundant wildlife in the form of insects, birds and the occasional deer at the bottom of the garden. There is also a chiminea barbeque for you to use.
The house is centrally heated throughout and all gas and electricity is included in the rental price. In addition, logs are provided free for your use
