"La grange" is a traditionally converted barn on 5.5 acr of land that sleeps 7 and 1 young child , with one master bedroom that is air conditioned, one twin bedroom with two large single beds and a mezzanine bedroom with one  single bed and one double , and  a portable cot  is available .
"La grange" is fully equipped, with everything usually found at home, including UK free to air satellite TV.  Linen and towels are included.Covered terrace for dining and lounging outside, large barbecue, small above ground swimming pool.  All situated on the grounds  of a 1 acre private fishing lake containing carp up to 40lb. etc.   You can fish all day and night if you want at no extra cost.
The local Area is ideal for walking and cycling, as it is very rural, but it is also within easy reach of all amenities.  Dax with every shop imaginable is only 10 kms. away. 
Clermont has it's own bar restaurant and small shop and is only a 10 minute walk .
 The Nearest market town is Pomarez,  5 km which has is own little supermarket and post office, doctors surgery, hairdresser and  tennis courts.

When you arrive the beds will be freshly made.
 An adequate supply of towels of every type are there for your use.
Spare bedding sets are in each room.
" La grange" has a fully equipped kitchen which has a gas cooker with 6 burners, large oven and grill. Toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, etc...
Air condition master bedroom and terrace for dining and lounging out door.
