Lovely, well furnished and extremely comfortable annex to house in private lane in Wokingham, a leafy suburb in the Thames Valley, conveniently situated for Heathrow Airport,(15 miles) just along the M4, adjoin the motorway from Wokingham. Also close to Windsor (Castle)9 miles and Ascot (Race course) 9 miles and about an hour from the coast. Very convenient to London as Wokingham station (under a mile) is a main line station direct to London. There is also a bus stop to the local town directly outside our private lane's entrance. There is also space for your own vehicle to be parked on our property. The property is completely self contained and has it's own large patio area with small pleasant garden. The annex comes with it's own designated car parking space within our grounds. The property consists of a comfortable lounge with fitted fire place, lounge suite, arm chair and TV with a dining table and chairs, a separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, full cooker, fridge and everything required from iron board to toaster! A separate bathroom off the bedroom has an over power shower and full bath. The bedroom has fully fitted units along with fitted wardrobes, it is fully carpeted and furnished and very comfortable, it's also very safe and secure and there is a small pleasant garden. In Winter the property is extremely cosy and warm with central heating in each room. Bedding and linen supplied and for longer stays of a week, both linen and towels are changed and laundered complimentary. With the owners living in adjoining property we are very friendly, approachable and happy to help with anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. IT IS POSSIBLE TO BOOK FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS AND ALL DATES OF ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE CAN BE FLEXIBLE. FOR BUSINESS USER MUCH MORE PERSONAL AND COST EFFECTIVE THAN USING VERY EXPENSIVE LOCAL HOTELS WHO CHARGE AROUND £100 per night. Also ideal should you be in between house purchase etc with the need for suitable accommodation without a long term committment, at a very reasonable inclusive fee
