All around, don't miss the amazing Salklikent Gorge, the Mud Baths at Dalyan, home of the loggerhead turtles which lay their eggs every year on the beach ( a fave with David Bellamy).
Pamukkule, translated as cotton castle, sulphur deposits on the cliff side with warm sulphur pools, wonderful sight looks like a giant wedding cake.
Cleopatra’s pool an original spa bath from roman times with medicinal properties – it is like swimming in a warm bathe of Epsom salts! You can also drink it from the spring.

If you want to find fantastic bargains, visit one of the many markets which seem to sell everything, the biggest and best market is held every Tuesday in Fethiye or visit Calis Sunday market. If you like Designer clothes, shoes, bags or jewellery then you will find it all here at very reasonable prices.
Boats –
One of the best ways to see the Turquoise coast spend A full day trip visiting 12 of the secluded islands nestled around the bay of Fethiye lunch included. There are plenty of stops to snorkel/swim and a slide for the kids. Fethiye is also superb for sailing or hire a speedboat for the day.
Explore - some of the worlds oldest Archaeological sites and rock tomb, take a jeep safari which visits ancient ruins, little villages and even a fresh water trout farm where you will stop for lunch.
Hire a car and head down the coast to the wonderful Pratara, Kalkan and Kas. You do not need to drive to get out and about in Turkey, the Dolmus ( small minibus service ) goes everywhere very few of the local Villages have been touched by tourism and are great to explore.
