The villa can sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 3 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and fully equipped Games/Fitness Room in a 60m2 area.

A short walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and daily market in traditional Uzumlu village. Dalaman Airport is under 1 hour away and Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive.

The bustling port city of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached by regular Dolmus minibuses, or hire a car and the roads are excellent. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sheltered Blue Lagoon and centre for paragliding is a short distance from Fethiye, as is Hisaronu with its lively night life. Slightly further away, on the road to Kas and Kalkan, is Patara Beach with an unspoilt 20km sandy beach.
