Pearl Villa located on the award winning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club on the US27, 20 minutes away from all the Disney attractions and near to attractions such as Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower Gardens and Fantasy of Flight. .

Southern Dunes is a gated golfing community with 24hr security making it a safe and secure place for all to stay.
It has it’s own clubhouse with restaurant and bar.
There is a fishing lake; tennis courts and a children’s play area, all within walking distance of our home.
Within a 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, gas station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores.


The villa has a private swimming pool and is split between two floors.

Pool:
The Sunny Pool is South West facing and has a large sundeck with padded patio furniture for relaxing. The covered porch with patio table and chairs is perfect for outside dining or a cool drink by the pool. There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests. For night-time swims the pool has under water lighting. We have free Solar heating but additional electric heating for the winter months is available upon request.


On entering our home you will be amazed at the high cathedral ceilings and the spacious open plan living area that awaits you.

Living Area:
The ground floor living space is open plan and the Family Room is the central area. It has 3 large comfy sofas 1 of which is a full size sleeper. Cable TV with over 100 channels to watch. For you entertainment there is a DVD player, Play Station 2, books and board games. Tables and lamps add to the homely atmosphere.

A separate Sitting Room and Dining Room away from the main family room the sitting room has a 3 seater sofa and CD player if you want to relax and chill out. The formal dining room has a table and seating for six people.

The fully fitted Kitchen has a ceramic top stove, oven, built in microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker and fresh filtered water, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and plenty of glasses, crockery and oven ware.

Our Breakfast Nook has a table and seating for 4 people and overlooks the pool and sundeck area.

Bedrooms:
1 Master King suite, 1 Queen and 2 Twins. All rooms are a good size and have cable tv, wardrobe closets, dressers and or chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps. The 2 main rooms have a comfy chair if you want to curl up and watch tv.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 bathrooms in the house: The master bathroom has a large corner garden tub bath, walk in shower, vanity sink with overhead lighting, towel closet, hair-dryer and a separate room with shelves and hangers for all your clothes, large enough to store your suitcases until your return home.
The family bathroom upstairs has a full bath with overhead shower, vanity sink with overhead lighting, towel closet and hair dryer.
Downstairs is the shower room with a vanity sink and overhead lighting.

Games Room:
Has a 7ft Pool Table and a full size Air Hockey Table. Portable fans to keep you cool.

Laundry Room:
With washer, dryer iron and ironing board. Take home all your clothes clean.
