Immerse yourself in Spanish life, stroll to the restaurants, cafes and shops, enjoy a drink and watch the world go by with the beautiful blue sea as its backdrop. Javea has an old town with typical Spanish narrow streets, a port and marina area with superb seafood restaurants and a blue flag sandy beach backed by a wide promenade. This is where the Spanish come on holiday.

Located in a quiet area with the sea just across a quiet road, but only 10 minutes walk from the Arenal boulevard with its restaurants, terraces, bars, shops and sandy family blue flag beach.
There are supermarkets, a bank, pharmacy and restaurants close by and we are on the only bus route through Javea which runs along the coast to the Arenal beach, the Port and up to the Old Town. A car is not essential.
Our apartment has terraces to lounge and master bedroom. The private lounge terrace is a sun trap and has table, chairs, sunbed and two beach chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops, double sink, dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, sandwich toaster and coffee maker. We provide plenty of cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
In the lounge there are sofas, coffee tables, Cable TV and DVD player,Sony Playstation, CD player. The dining table is extendable, seating a minimum of 6.
Books, games, playing cards, jigsaws and Tourist Information Leaflets are stored in the lounge.
Bedrooms (one double, one twin), have fitted wardrobes, drawers and cooling fans.
The master bedroom has airconditioning and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
There is a separate shower room with shower, sink and toilet.
Linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided.
Full central heating for winterlets.

Secure underground car parking.
We also provide a hairdryer, iron and board for your convenience.
Situated in the north of the Costa Blanca and sheltered by Mount Montgo, Javea/Xabia is a haven of scenic delight with sandy beaches, rocky cliffs and crystal clear water. The area is green even in Summer with many orange and lemon trees and has no high rise developments. It is an untypical upmarket Spanish tourist resort famous for its friendly welcome and near perfect climate with over 300 days of sunshine per year. There is plenty to do whatever your taste.
There are four parts to Javea:
- Historic medieval old town with narrow streets and market
- Pretty old port and Marina with seafood restaurants
- Arenal boulevard with restaurants, pubs and sandy beach
- Cala Blanca with pebbly coves
There are many other sandy beaches and coves to explore in the area, including a naturist beach.

For golf enthusiasts the nearest course is Javea GC (www.javeagolf.com) a 9 hole course, about 20 mins away La Sella GC is an 18 hole course, about 30 mins away is the new course at Oliva designed by Seve Ballesteros and just south of Valencia is the famous championship links course of El Saler.
Javea is an hour's drive from the vibrant city of Valencia and 30 minutes drive from Benidorm with its waterpark (www.aqualandia.net), zoo, Mundomar aquarium and dolphin show (www.mundomar.es) and Terra Mitica Theme Park (www.terramiticapark.com).

Fly to either Alicante or Valencia airports. Transfers can be arranged.
We welcome children and a cot and/or an extra folding bed can be provided on request. San Martin is also suitable for the elderly or infirm.
