The chalet sleeps 4 people possible 6 with one double bed, one large bunk bed, one large sofa-bed. There is also a converted barn just a few passes away that sleeps 6 with one master bedroom that is air conditioned, one twin bedroom with two large single beds and a mezzanine bedroom with also two single beds , and a portable cot is available , so large families of 12 or less could book both and be together . The chalet is fully equipped, with everything usually found at home, including UK free to air satellite TV. Linen included. Large covered terrace for dining and lounging outside, large BBQ , small swimming pool, basket ball and petanque court. All situated on the edge of a 1 acre private fishing lake containing carp up to 40lb. etc. You can fish all day and night if you want at no extra cost. Area is ideal for walking and cycling, as it is very rural, but it is also within easy reach of all amenities. Dax with every shop imaginable is only 10 kms. away. Clermont has it's own bar restaurant and small shop. Nearest market town Pommerez, 5 km. Sorry no pets allowed.
When you arrive the beds will be freshly made. An adequate supply of towels of every type are there for your use. Spare bedding sets are in each room. lounge with TV , DVD and CD/tape player. The Chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker with 4 burners, large oven and grill. Toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle , etc... Automatic washing machine under the terrace. Spacious shower room.
