| Our one-bedroom apartment is situated at the lower end of Calahonda on a small complex of 20 apartments and 3 villas, in a quiet residential area.
Although ground-floor it has a large SW facing balcony (not terrace) which provides privacy and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. Peaceful, yet within 5 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 10 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples and small families.
Sorry but no pets.
The changeover day is Saturday.
25% deposit required to secure bookings.
Comprises:
- Double Bedroom with mirrored wardrobe and ample storage;
- Lounge with sofa-bed and sliding patio doors leading to balcony with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining;
- Dining Area with seating for 4;
- Kitchen with dual hob, washer, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, iron & board;
- Bathroom with shower over bath.

- DVD Player that also plays MP3's,
- Radio, CD and Cassette Player.
Air conditioning in the bedroom is available at a supplement fee.
All bedding and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Two sun loungers are provided for personal use around the pool.
Electric sockets are English - adaptors to Spanish are provided.
Security grilles are fitted to all windows and doors.
