You will need to send us a $100 deposit to hold your reservation. Your payment in full is required 2 weeks before your reservation. Minimum age for rental is 25 years. 8-10 people only. Groups larger than 10 will be charged $25 per person per night. Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. This home can also be rented as a Bed and Breakfast. Bed and Breakfast rooms are rented $125 a night which include breakfast and afternoon Hors Doeuvres and cocktail hour.
