The apartment itself has a large bedroom with twin beds, reading lamps, bedside cabinets, a dresser and mirrors and a fan.

The bathroom includes a bath and overhead shower. The american style kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and iron and is fully stocked with crockery and cutlery.

Next to the complex is a new shopping mall where you will find the nearest supermarket, cafes etc. The Beach is a 5/10 minute walk as is the main road where you will find the rest of the shops, bars and restaurants.

There is also a Baku water park and weekly market. Its a 20 minute walk to the famous sand dunes. This is where you will find numerous water sports including kite and wind surfing.
