| "Villa Mustique" is a beautiful 4 bed/3 bath vacation home with its own private pool and sundeck overlooking a peaceful rural woodland conservation area. Our villa now features a Games Room with pool table, air hockey, football and darts board. There is also a high speed wireless internet connection - just bring your own laptop to stay in touch with friends and family!
The property comprises two master bedrooms, featuring US queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. Both of these rooms feature patio doors out to the pool area. The other bedrooms contain twin beds and share the large third family bathroom. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels, including additional pool towels, are provided. A complimentary cot and high chair are available on request.
The living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, and where you will find a 25" cable TV, VCR and DVD player. There is a 3 seater sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed if required.
As you would expect, the kitchen is fully fitted, from dishwasher to bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need. The dining area has a dining table that seats six, and is next to patio doors that lead out to the pool and sundeck. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar. The pool area and sundeck overlook a beautiful woodland conservation area...so no rear neighbours! The patio furniture provided includes sun-loungers, table, sun umbrella and chairs, and to help you further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, there is a complimentary gas BBQ.
There are an abundance of golf courses all within a 30 minute drive of your villa which will suit golfers of all levels of competence. "Town Center" is just a 3 minute drive from the 36 hole "Champions Gate" golf course designed by Greg Norman.
There is a major supermarket only 2 minutes drive from the villa together with a multitude of small, good quality, family restaurants, plus all the national chain and world renown restaurants to be found the length of Highway 192. This 4 bed villa is one of four owned by members of our family. The four villas are located next door to one another on the exclusive, gated, "Resort at Town Center" community, in Davenport, Orlando. This means that we can accommodate you whatever the size of your party. "Town Center" is a secure development which provides a haven from all the excitement that Florida has to offer. Yet, it is only 10 minutes from Disney, close to shops and restaurants, and in the middle of golfers paradise!
