"Villa Bonaire" is a luxury 5 bed/3 bath vacation home with its own private pool and sundeck overlooking a beautiful woodland conservation area.

Our home now features a Games Room with pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts board. There is also a high speed wireless internet connection - just bring your own laptop to stay in touch with friends and family!

This 5 bed villa is one of four owned by members of our family. The four villas are located next door to one another on the exclusive, gated, "Resort at Town Center" community, in Davenport, Orlando. This means that we can accommodate you whatever the size of your party. "Town Center" is a gated, secure development which provides a haven from all the excitement that Florida has to offer. Yet, it is only 10 minutes from Disney, close to shops and restaurants, and in the middle of golfers paradise!

The property comprises two master bedrooms, with US queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. The third bedroom features a double bed. The other bedrooms contain twin beds. The villa has a third large family bathroom. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels are provided. A complimentary cot and high chair are available on request.

The communal living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, and where you will find a 25" cable T.V, VCR and DVD player. Patio doors lead out to the pool/lanai area.

As you would expect, the kitchen is fully fitted, from dishwasher to bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need. For that more informal meal, the kitchen nook has a table that seats four.

The formal dining area features a table that seats six, and has been tastefully decorated to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere for an enjoyable meal.

The pool area and lanai overlook a beautiful woodland conservation area...so no rear neighbours. There is ample patio furniture (including sun-loungers, table and chairs) and to help you further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, we include a complimentary gas BBQ.

There are an abundance of golf courses all within a 30 minute drive of your villa which will suit golfers of all levels of competence. "Town Center" is just a 3 minute drive from the 36 hole "Champions Gate" golf course designed by Greg Norman.

There is a major supermarket only 2 minutes drive from the villa together with a multitude of small, good quality, family restaurants, plus all the national chain and world renown restaurants to be found the length of Highway 192.

So whatever your inclination is on this visit to the Sunshine State, be it theme parks, shopping, relaxing by your own pool, seeing where man first travelled to the moon, sunning yourself on a white sandy beach or playing 18 holes of championship golf, "Town Center" is the ideal location, and our villa the perfect "home away from home"!
