The lounge, which opens on to a terrace giving stunning views over the Championship golf course, has rustic-style furniture. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) and sleeps up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven for those wishing to self cater. The front terrace, which leads off both the lounge and main bedroom, faces onto the golf course and has excellent views for the less energetic who love to just sit and watch, whilst it is excellently positioned for the keen golfer. For those requiring more room, the large roof terrace gives an even better view.

Situated close to the Atlantico centre, where everything can be found from a multi complex cinema, bowling, restaurants, shops and the best supermarket in the area, makes it an ideal position. The nearest beach is only five minutes walk, just behind the attractive gardens of the Atlantico centre. From here it’s an easy stroll along the promenade to the main beach in Caleta, or just jump in a taxi and don’t forget to try the excellent bus service. All available from the Atlantico Centre.

The apartment has use of a communal swimming pool. In Caleta, there are many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, and the market on Saturday morning is well worth a visit. An ideal location for those wishing to explore the island, either by hiring a car or using local transport, to play a few rounds of golf, or to have a get away from it all relaxing holiday.
